Stop complaining start doing

Don't waste even a second of your time on earth complaining...

We find it easy to complain about almost anything — traffic, slow Wi-Fi, bad customer service, the weather, or even life itself. Whenever we find ourselves facing life's challenges, we simply resort to complaining.

One truth the vast majority of us find difficult to embrace is that complaint never changes the situation. Sure, it feels good and momentarily liberating to be able to blow off steam and vent our anger, but we only end up wasting our time and making everything worse. That's why complaining seems so comforting — it lets you describe situations as negatively as you can without any solid plan to take responsibility and try to solve the problem.

There is nothing to gain from your worries. Whenever you’re facing a challenge, ask yourself: “Can I do anything about this?” If yes, great! So why complain?

Get to work and start doing all you can to turn things around. If no, why waste your time complaining when you know it won’t make any difference?

It's either you can deal with the challenges that come your way or you can't. If you can, then start doing something and stop making things worse by complaining.

Everything that happens is either endurable or not. If it’s endurable, then endure it. Stop complaining. If it’s unendurable . . . then stop complaining.

Your destruction will mean its end as well. Remember, you can endure whatever your mind can make endurable, by treating it as in your interest to do so. In your interest, or in your nature.

Life is too short to waste the quality part of your time complaining. Start acting instead of brooding and assigning blames.

Focus on the things you can influence and stop worrying about the things that are outside your circle of control.

Magic words will turn your life and career around

One major reason many people fail at selling their ideas, products, or services is the fear of rejection. In some cases, this fear is nothing but your mind playing tricks on you, but more often than not, the rejection is real. And if you want to be successful in business, you will need to develop a rejection–proof approach.

One great way to effect this is to use magic words that speak directly to the subconscious of your listeners. Our subconscious mind plays a vital role in our everyday decisions, and if you're able to find words that trigger the subconscious mind in your favor, then you will always have all you want.

Many sales people wonder why they deliver intelligent and outstanding presentations, only to get little or no response from their audience. The real reason is that many of such persons fail to make their customers realize they truly need what they have to deliver.

Appreciate your strengths

The key to human development is building on who you already are.
Focus on the things you do well, rather than becoming obsessed with what you could do better.
Your confidence will grow, you will enjoy the things you spend your time doing, and as a result, doors will open with new opportunities in terms of career and future growth.
Appreciating your strengths doesn’t mean that you’re not working to improve on your weaknesses. Instead, it means that you’re creating an even balance. Improving on your strengths means that the good stuff keeps on getting better. That frees up your time to identify your weaknesses and work on those too. However, the focus shouldn’t be entirely on what you could do better. Starting with a negative mind frame just leads to an even more damaging situation.

Figure to Fix

OLD TRICKS DO NOT PRODUCE NEW RESULTS: you need to figure out what you're doing wrong and fix it :

The myth of practicing for 10,000 hours to become a professional in a particular field has been spread for so many generations that it has become the focus of every amateur. Unfortunately, this is not completely true. If you repeat the wrong thing for 10,000 hours, you only get proficient at doing the wrong thing.

Hours of practice are necessary for a great performance but definitely not sufficient.

The difference between mediocre and great performances is the level of attention you pay while practicing.

MAKE ONE CHANGE PER MONTH FOR LIFE-CHANGING RESULTS

Self-care isn’t a luxury and it’s not about being selfish, it’s something we owe to ourselves. Never allow anyone to make you feel guilty about focusing on yourself occasionally.

Did you know? 55% of Americans admit to feeling stressed every single day.

Stress is something you'll come across more often , but it's about ensuring that you’re dedicating enough focus to the things that your mind and body need. It’s about developing healthy habits that continue throughout your life.

Personal learnings

Looking for external appreciation and guidance will cause you to start living someone else's life. You're never going to be happy or fulfilled if you're always doing what other people want you to do! While it's normal to want people to be proud of you, you should work towards making yourself proud first and foremost.

At the end of the day, you're born with yourself, and you die with yourself. You owe it to yourself to be the very best you can be, for you and you alone.

Approval will not make you rich, it won't make you famous, it won't make you successful, and it certainly won't make you happy. Ultimately, you simply need to live your life in the way you want to and work on the things that bring you joy and fulfillment. By doing that, you'll be happier and more fun to be around for others!

Instead try this :

Challenge any self–limiting beliefs in your life; why do you believe them? Who told you these things? Have you ever tried it for yourself? By doing this, you'll see that you're probably stuck on a belief that has zero reality within it!

Mistakes and learnings

We all make mistakes , we all suffer occassionally then we all learn from that and certainly need to move on after that but I've seen people who can't accept their mistake and then continue to suffer from that mistake.

But everyone should learn this:

It's how you view these events in life and how you respond to them which will set you apart. You have to believe in yourself, and the rest will simply fall into place.

Look back on the mistakes you've endured in life — what was the eventual outcome? Was it the end of everything? Of course not!

We need to accept the fact, that we can't always be right, there will be a time when you'll be wrong, when things won't go right, when everyone •you . But what matters the most is how you take them and grow as an individual.
